and 4x50 medley relay(with fins)
the wear the fins damn tight

it affect my swimming too
then we went to the RP stadium and take pictures
while they taking pictures i go run hahaha
i ran barefooted then got blister then it
BURSTED IMMEDIATELY

VERY PAIN hahaha
i only ran for 200m then bomb
