then must carry all the fencing piste to the hall
(piste means the metal thing on the floor when got competition)
so tiredddd
after that we still must join up the piste
is so heavy lahhh
after that we wait for our buss
then fetch us to vivo city
we go there have our lunch then pray hard that
it will rain
BUt nvr lor
then must go sentosa training
then start training ON SILOSO BEACH
quite paiseh lorr
we training thr then is like alot of ppl looking at us
then we start water based training
(water based traing means training in water)
i actually dun wan get wet one lor
IN THE END i was in the water
